What size should I choose?
Our pieces are designed specifically for tween girls and generally fit true to size. If you're unsure, check our size guide or contact us for help.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping - $10 Australia wide
Express Shipping - $15 Australia wide
We offer free standard shipping on Australian orders over $150.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Do you offer returns?
Yes. We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached. Eligible returns can be exchanged for another size (subject to availability) or issued as a store credit.
What ages is Neon94 designed for?
Neon94 is designed exclusively for tween girls aged approximately 8–14 years. We create pieces for girls who are growing up, finding their confidence and developing their own style without having to dress older than they are.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within Australia. We'll be looking at international shipping in the future.
