At Neon94, we hope your pieces become favourites that are worn on repeat. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Eligible returns will be issued as a store credit or exchange. We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed and unused
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be returned in their original condition
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

To request a return, please email info@neon94.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

Items returned without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or we have sent an incorrect item.

Exchanges

We understand that sometimes sizing isn't quite right.

We offer exchanges for another size, subject to stock availability. If your requested size is unavailable, we will issue a store credit in accordance with this policy.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is faulty, damaged or you have received an incorrect item, please contact us at info@neon94.com.au as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the issue.

We will assess the matter and resolve it in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Sale Items & Gift Cards

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned for change of mind.

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
