Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within:

Australia: 3–7 business days
Australia Express: 1–3 business days
New Zealand: 5–10 business days
United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
United States: 5–9 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary during peak periods, public holidays, customs processing or due to carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

Australia:

Free standard shipping on orders over $150 AUD

Standard Shipping: $10 AUD
Express Shipping: $15 AUD

New Zealand:

Standard Shipping: $35 AUD

United Kingdom:

Standard Shipping: $69 AUD

United States:

Standard Shipping: $49 AUD

International shipping rates are charged in AUD and may display in your local currency at checkout where available.

International Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, handling fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge and, unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, are the responsibility of the customer.

Neon94 does not collect or pay these charges on the customer’s behalf.

If an international parcel is refused or not collected due to unpaid duties, taxes or import charges and is returned to Neon94, any return shipping costs or fees incurred may be deducted from the refund.

As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Delivery Notes

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. Neon94 is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to change the delivery address.
